Our planet is an unique system! 4 spheres keep each other in balance and have unique interactions with each other have unique interactions.

The Earth is made up of several interconnected spheres, including the biosphere (the sphere of life), the geosphere (the solid Earth), the atmosphere (the layer of gases surrounding the Earth), and the hydrosphere ( all the water on earth ). Each of these spheres plays a unique and important role in the functioning of the Earth’s systems and the support of life. For example, the biosphere includes all living organisms on Earth and their interactions with each other and their environment. The geosphere includes the Earth’s crust and upper mantle, and it plays a role in the movement of tectonic plates and the formation of mountains and earthquakes. The atmosphere helps regulate the Earth’s temperature and weather patterns, and the cryosphere includes the Earth’s polar ice caps and glaciers, which play a role in global climate and sea level.

Each student has to have some knowledge of this system: “The geosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere.”
