The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015. The SDGs are designed to be a blueprint for a better and more sustainable future for all. They aim to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure peace and prosperity for all people.

They cover a wide range of issues, including poverty, hunger, health, education, gender equality, water and sanitation, energy, economic growth, infrastructure, and climate action, among others. They are intended to be a universal call to action to end these issues and to create a more sustainable and equitable world. Achieving the SDGs will require the cooperation and efforts of all sectors of society, as well as significant investments in infrastructure, technology, and other areas.
